Space Camp – Summer Rocket Science Day Camp or Residential Overnight Camp on Vandenberg Air Force Base – California
Space Camp is a fun Rocket Science summer camp at Space Endeavour Camp at Vandenberg Air Force Base! It’s primarily a day camp, and it’s right on the base! My son has attended for 3 years, and loved every minute! It’s close enough to be a great day summer camp choice for kids from Santa Maria, Orcutt, Lompoc, Buelton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Goleta, and Santa Barbara. For kids from out of town, there’s a residential program to host the kids overnight at the local Quality Suites in Lompoc. Space Endeavour Camp is a good option for youth and teens for day camp and overnight residential summer camp in Santa Barbara County. They have lots of fun technology projects, and one year my son even got to be a passenger in a small plane! They build projects, and of course, they launch rockets!
