Here’s a great summer youth camp for kids in Santa Maria and Orcutt – Tennis Lessons! ARK Tennis Summer Camp is for boys and girls of all skill levels. The tennis classes are held at St. Joseph High School, at the corner of East Foster and Bradley Rd. in Orcutt. This summer tennis camp is for beginning and intermediate tennis players who want an active tennis environment stressing fundamentals, games, and fun! The goal is to start on a road to lifelong tennis enjoyment. Tennis racquets will be provided for the children, if needed. Tennis shoes (no black soles) are required on the courts. My son (who was 11 at the time) went to this camp over spring break this year, and thought it was a lot of fun! He’ll go back again for more tennis lessons a couple of summer camp sessions in July this year.

The tennis summer camps for youth in Santa Maria and Orcutt begin June 23rd, and run through July. The tennis lessons are held Monday through Thursday. (No session on Fridays.) The beginning tennis students have class from 8:30 to 10:am, and the intermediate students have class from 10: to 11:30am. The cost per week of tennis summer camp is $35.00 plus one new can of tennis balls.
